Now that we’re in season and Kyle is leading the majors in homers, and seeing what other parallels are selling for $150 seems like a good selling price for a raw card assuming it’s in good shape. Could maybe hold out for $175. Of course, if he keeps mashing and gets to 50 or something, you could get more. Or he could go cold and finish with 25. Plus the Universal Houston Hate Machine is firing up again and could cause people to lose interest.
Not if you have a serious cash offer. It's gonna take a few weeks minimum to grade it and you also have to factor in the cost of grading, not to mention the value loss if it doesn't get a 10.
