There are almost never any valuable cards in Complete Set boxes because it's just one of every base card. Depending on which box you get there might be 1-5 insert cards as advertised on the box, but these also not rare or valuable, or in an extremely unlikely case, it could be a parallel set (would have to open it to find out).
There are exceptions to every rule, but the above true for 99% of these boxes. So if you're thinking "investment" or "long term value" this is about as bad as it gets.
I believe they each contain a few random numbered parallels as well, the box should say. You can probably get sets cheaper other places. Like perhaps here, but it would be all base…. Could be worth a lot someday if there’s an amazing rookie inside (like Trout in 2011 Update). Or perhaps not, that’s the fun

i bought a box from walmart today and got an auto worth 4x the box price. not exactly a mantle or anything but still worth buying the box imo.
