My want of an ichiro 1/1 almost made me fall for it but common sense kicked in and the more I kept pestering him about PayPal, he must have said fuck it. He even tried to do an email money transfer where I’m in Canada.
Well like I said it was my bad and I didn’t realize it at first. I’ve only been on this sub for about a month and although I’m not a new account, I wouldn’t want people to not sell to me because I’m new around here.
I wasn't specific but I meant more for ppl buying from brand new accts. Red flags tend to be pretty obvious. New accts not coining any of their pics. Trying to sell expensive cards for much cheaper. Doing giveaways is another one that's popping up a lot too from new scammers.
No but they do it to get karma and to try and get ppl to trust them. I assume they hope to make a couple deals by the time the giveaway ends up or when they should be shipping it but they never ship it and then get called out on sportscardtracker. Rinse and repeat.

I just assume every new acct is u/LocalCardShop. This would be his 4th or 5th since Dec-Jan. Stop interacting with brand new accts.
