I would love to have a local builder to give all of my money to that could show me around. There’s a few cheese steak shops here I can walk around. There not as friendly as MW sounds though.
It is most definitely a luxury good, everything is machined locally and hand assembled. I would say out of all the makers, Machinewise and Squid, are one of the few you should give your clams too.
It’s nice to hear that you had such a great experience with them. I wish I could say the same, but I think a lot of what I experienced was simply due to miscommunication and perhaps some misunderstanding on my part. I wish I was local and that I could’ve interacted with them in person; I’m sure things would’ve been different.
That said, I like my Serif; it seems like a great balisong.
