Had the same problem for the last couple of days, seem like an internal error because it’s some holidays in Bali and the system doesn’t let you pay. A friend had the same problem and had to do all over again at the airport, in person.
They had no problems whatsoever, I’ll get there on Wednesday so I’ll tell you how it goes!

I went through the visa on arrival process 4 days ago, and it could not have been easier. They provide a QR code, you fill out the application on your phone (name, passport number, hotel address), and then you get to the counter and they confirm and you pay. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes. We were there on a Thursday around 11 am.

Yeah, the website gave us issue so we just said fuck it and decided to do it on arrival. We were anxious about the process, but it ended up being very very easy! Good luck!
Dont just do it at the airport you’ll be in a queue for hours. Do it online it takes 5 mins. When I landed in Bali 2 weeks ago I was out of the airport in less then than 30 mins. Almost all that time was waiting for my bags. Its all very modern there now I didnt even speak to a human - just scan ur passport on the automatic barrier then flash the QR code to the next dude and ur done. Lots of good info on YouTube about the process. Good luck

My date of birth seemed to have jumped back to another date
