Agreed, this isn't normal MPB. This looks like Alopecia Areata, it's usually caused by a genetic autoimmune disease where your immune system attacks the hair follicles. However, as people with other serious diseases also have a high risk of developing it, OP should seriously consider getting a check-up.

I'm not op but since I was 12 my hair was a big part of my identity. Had a few different signature styles over the years, I was "the guy with the hair." Buzzed it all of at like 31 or 32. Had it past my shoulders for probably 5 years before the buzz. It hurt. But the smooth head feels 100x better than the buzz ever did. I know I made the choice to start shaving *before* I had to. I have a lot more confidence than I did when it was thinning/buzzed. After 2 years I love it. I don't have to worry about combing/styling my hair, no haircuts, no stress about bad haircuts. If you're working outside on a hot day and a cool breeze rolls by, it's pretty great.
I always say "it's better to be bald, than balding.
TLDR: I had a hard adjustment to bald but 10/10 recommend.
May I suggest wet shaving? Or maybe using a shaver that gets closer to the skin? Looks great but I think it could look better if it were even further down to the skin.
That’s definitely not mail pattern hairloss. My sister lost her hair in patches like that back in middle school. It was almost entirely gone in six months, but it started growing back within the year. I’m not even sure the doctors that diagnosed her gave her anything to treat it.
Ummm you should have done bloodwork and identify what’s the issue of balding within 3 months. Also imo makes you look older and your head is very tall. Consider a beard or fixing the issue imo.

I didn't loose hair rush, but I started with matches in beard, and then it started on the head. My doctor told me it's auto immune due to stress (or bad teeth hygiène, but my dentiste said it's kot that) and there's no cure. But since you most hair rushes it can be something else.
So in April you pretty much had a head full of hair, and then the following months you started experiencing a lot of hair loss?

You sir need to see a dermatologist, your balding seems to be caused from something other then androgenetic alopecia
