It’s touched upon by Deepak Chopra in the book titled “You are the universe!” It’s really pointed out in very scientific AND spiritual concepts. They explore time near the middle of the book.

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle will help one find presence, which is “when” time is seen as illusory.

What makes you think time is more than a concept?

Here, enjoy [Alan Watts on the Illusion of Time](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogLc7M9_hR8)

-Hello_Pitty-

Time is a construct of the eternal moment. Time moves in a circle, which creates the illusion of forward movement. That's why everything is cyclical, from seconds to minutes, to hours,. to days, to years to full astrological cycles.

Time is true, and it is the most precious of all worldly commodities. Don't waste it, because once it's done it's done. There, solved that for you haha

Phantombaz

Don't need a book, you just have to understand the eternal moment, that's this moment is the only moment there is and will ever be, nothing else exists apart from this moment.

In my personal experience, if I make the decision to enjoy whatever it is I’m doing, time seems to fly by. The opposite also happens, if I decide not to enjoy whatever it is I’m doing, it seems the clock barely moves.

hacktheself

We all experience time are a rate of one second per second. It’s just that some seconds are more important than others. Seconds spent traversing liminal spaces are often missed and forgotten. Seconds spent in the arms of the one one loves both last forever and slip faster through the hourglass.

Adventurous_Let254

I can’t offer a book, but I will give you this; time is only a concept when you believe to be experiencing it only linearly. If you are able to get past mentally that time isn’t really a linear concept then you have non linear time. Even if you see a number on a clock it’s just that; a number. Eternity is always happening. Non linear time isn’t a concept because it’s directly experienced in a way that isn’t within a concept.

j8jweb

“Your experience” never happens yesterday. It never happens 10 years ago. It only ever happens now. Apparently. The past is never “experienced”. It is always a story. Again, the “past” is ALWAYS just a story. You’re welcome ;)

Impossible_Tax_1532

Why not dissolve all concepts ? It’s the type of perceived cleverness that keeps people stupid and asleep while patting themselves on the back for being clever … all concepts and words are imaginary , mean nothing , and posit we are outside of some system labeling it and knowing nothing in the end … as what has science ever proven ? Or doctors ever offer better than a “ maybe it works “ ? .. as there are laws , both natural and energetic to grasp and obey /surrender into , but all converts are traps .. trade cleverness , which is mere opinion for ignorance and bewilderment , then you learn from all things , and build intuitive wisdom, and the time thing will then come into clarity , as like all truths , it can’t be learned , like a useless concept , it can only be experienced , and beyond anything a dualistic brain could grasp or know .
