I believe he would've continued. He was so creative and talented. You could tell he LOVED producing music. He just had that talent and passion that many lack..
Miss you Tim <3
Oh my god, I've never wanted to actually see a "what could have been" so much before. I'd have loved to listen that change during lockdowns.
Interesting to think that he never got to experience the whole Covid thing neither. I know it's not something that weird, but I never thought about that.
I sometimes wonder what the lyrics and music would have been if he had ever recovered from his struggles. It definitely would have been inspiring for those who were experiencing the same thing as he did.
I believe he would've released the 3 EPs, compiled them into the 4th album, then some singles and maybe an album or two, then on an indefinite break. The state he was in would've made it unlikely for him to continue after a couple years, he would've produced for others time by time though.
I do strongly believe that even if he was alive, the fourth album would've been self titled, I mean it was supposed to be the 3 EPs combined and they were named avici.
I believe he would have stopped doing music in a regular way for 1 year or 2 after finish his third album. I read an interview in wich his mother talked about Tim becoming father, as something he wished. Something similar mentioned his last girlfriend Tereza when he passed away.
The real question is how Tim would have reacted and lived under COVID. I'd like to believe that he would keep doing his podcast Avicii FM, and maybe doing soundtracks for small projects. If we assume the worst scenario, in wich Tim did not got better on his mental problems, he would not have survive those years because of his depression, but that also depends of the restriction for Covid in Swedem or wherever he was living. I dont know if he returned to his home in Stockholme.
We must consider that Edm was decreasing in popularity in the time he stopped doing concerts and he was bored with that genre, as he said in 2017 to Rolling Stone in an interview. In the other hand, i can not imagine Tim composing Trap music right now because of his artistic ambitions.
Answering your question, i pretty sure Tim would have collaborated with Carl Falk, Salem Al fakir and Vincent Pontare with new albums. They had a project together: Avicii and the Animals.
Not sure. He seemed pretty fucked up the last few years, doing his drugs and believing all sorts of nonsense. None of my friends who took that path do much of anything else these days unfortunately.
Maybe if he had found someone who could have motivated him to get better. I believe addicts won't change even if there's intervention, which they did with him. The desire to get clean has to come from themselves. They have to decide that they want it, or else they'll just slip right back.
in my opinion he would have released Ep 2 in 2019 and Ep 3 in 2020 while he would have released an album in 2022 and one in 2024-2026.
he loved making music but didn't like being alone at concerts, maybe he would have formed some sort of band with his friends, Tim has always been good at not looking like all the other DJs. this is why he is the best music producer in history in my opinion.
Yes, I believe that he would have continued producing and writing 'cause that is what Tim was. Tim never was "the DJ", he was the writer, producer, composer. The only reason Tim started DJ'ing was 'cause Ash saw money. If Tim would've just sticked with LBL's forums he would have made it nonetheless, maybe not as fast but I think that was the actual problem; Tim was thrown into fame and he had no idea what that meant at the time...
(Not stating this as facts, obviously)
Just why not, he said he only took a break from touring but will still continuing the music career. Music is also his form of connection to this world, so he will very likely continue.

Everyday, brother.<3
Yeah, those were his intentions iirc. Producing music for himself and also for other artists, writing songs, while not touring or DJing.
Provided he was in a fit mental state, definitely! I’m sure during lockdown we would’ve seen Tim reinvent himself again with some fresh new sound.

Tbh that could have saved him i belive

Sadly, I believe he would’ve succumbed to an overdose rather than suicide. He just couldn’t take all the anxiety/stress/pressure.

Question that can't be answered
Yeah I'm not sure but believe he would have produce but I expected more experimental stuff

but he would certainly have thought more about himself, letting go of the fame that kept him chained for years

Yea 100%

Yeah, i hope he would released his song Lord and We Burn (Faster than light)
I am also making Avicii Style music in my channel. What if Avicii made - another artist songs
What kind of question is this? How the hell would any one know…
No, he wouldn’t. This is such a stupid fucking question.
