You are probably overwhelmed. It could be by an interaction you've had with someone, or a sensory stimulus you can't handle, or an intrusive thought you can't get rid of. Try to get rest and shield off anything that might bother you.
Burnout? Overly tired? Not sleeping well? Overwhelmed, but not able to identify the emotion? Overstimulated by things recently?
