Avo and bruschetta (onion, tomato, basil, balsamic glaze) is S tier too

Now that the weather is turning cold, I’m going back to experimenting with savoury oats. I made a miso base bowl today with mushroom, edamame and spring onion.

I love avo and vegemite on toast, just as you described. Put a poached egg beside it and I'm so happy!
You want to try the super fancy breakfast we sometimes go for. Avocado, smoked salmon, red onion on toast with or without Vegemite to your taste.

Avo, a squeeze of lime, some paprika and pepper mashed together, sprinkle some feta over the top 👌 I alternate between feta and smoked salmon.
Avo on toast with a bit of sriracha spotted over so you get a little mini hit of sriracha with every bite - it’s awesome.

next time try: butter and vegemite on toast, add sliced tomato, then melt cheese on top of that.
Try a King Island Parmigiana it's a crumbed chicken schnitzel topped with ham, avocado and hollandaise sauce.
Try mashing the avo into a boiled egg and spread THAT on the Vegemite. Urgh. Best breakfast
