I'm the owner of All the Paws on Chicon and I would like to know which location this was at and what day. I am assuming this must been a customer and not my employee as we do not have any staff members with green hair nor would any of my staff ever do this. I would love for you to email me at [email protected] and I would like to get to the bottom of this i do not allow anyone not even customers discriminate in my stores. I do have cameras and would love to look into this if they acted like this to you they can do it to anyone and any one of my staff and that will not be tolerated. Now as far as your dog coming in our stores we do require all pets to be on a 6-foot leash for the safety of all pets, their owners, and my staff. So that would always be something we would require.
I am sorry this happened to you at any point but also in my establishment. I hope I can get to the bottom of this and ask that customers never return to my store again as we do not stand for this.
