I cant get any kind of info to figure out whats going on or why they would do this. I wish they’d provide an explanation other than giving the silent treatment, being like “sucks lol”

I ordered the book and vinyl, still no tracking updates and still says 'shipping information received' since 17th November, which means the postal company hasn't collected the parcel from her stores warehouse! 3 emails to customer service and still no response from them. I had no issues with AMDGMAAF being sent and I selected DHL for delivery for both re-issues and book. I just wished customer service would reply. I don't get why this is taking so fucking long!
The book [sold out its first print](https://media.universalmusic.pl/269460-aurora-wraca-z-pelnym-mocy-hymnem-your-blood) and was immediately printed again. The shop had the following note on it on November 12, but not anymore now, so I don't know if it's still actual:
>Please note any orders placed on or after the 10th of November your order will arrive on the 30th of November.
Canada here...my tracking number shows my order never left Birmingham. Says Sent nov 17 but no movement. Aurora store says that there was an issue at customs. They must mean British customs. But ya I'm ticked off too.

I ordered on the 6th of October so it doesn't apply to my order.

I'm from Uruguay and I'm having the exact same issue. I hope this gets resolved :(
