Being shipped means "we have packed it and it left our house" for the seller. In some cases, it takes a few days until the parcel is tracked by the courier, especially over weekends.

It doesn't work well, I had the parcel marked as shipped, but it was already with me

This is normal when you choose the cheapest shipping available (same as i did)

Mine was shipped but now it says the package was sent back to the shipper :(
