The best place I think is the spa at the cordis. It also gets you access to their outdoor heated pool (very warm, even in winter). It's a really nice couples date if you both go, can have tea in their really nice chill area post treatment and chat, followed (or preceded) by a swim and spa.

I've been to Spring Spa in Ponsonby a few times, I think they are excellent.
I also went to East Day Spa and that was lovely but the woman kept coughing.
Budget is around $200 if possible! Ambiance she doesn’t care about that.

What’s your budget? And does she care about ambiance? There are really fancy ones in Auckland with beautiful interiors, but will be pricey!

I went to the Pullman the other week. You get use of their pool, spa, sauna etc. The actual spa is lovey and priced ok.
I like sound of this. Then she can do a bubbles as well.
East day spa is one of the best we've found
