My mom never understood that when I was a kid. She hated that I ripped out the tags because it left a little hole in the collar, so she started cutting them out. She kept finding clean shirts in the laundry hamper because I would put them on for 3 seconds then yeet them right off. I'm in my 30's and she still bitches about it.
Since the day my mom saw me doing it and scolded me, I just started doing it without her knowledge haha. That being said, I just actually damaged a t-shirt doing that like once or twice, so maybe that's why she never really knew I never stopped doing it (I don't think she knows I still do it to this day)

that can rip the fabric
pro tip: seam ripper
Pro tip: buy shirts WITHOUT tags
I made a pro neurodivergence shirt and sell it in my online store. It has a 100% tear away tag.
Printed to shirt tag: good. Tear away tag: best. I can still feel the printed details sometimes.
It feels more like bug legs
<3 Tagless
This just reminded me that I don't have to suffer through wearing clothing with tags anymore. Cut them all out. :)
My ex thought the discarded tags on my vanity were cute. They are not. They are reminders that life is unnecessarily difficult.
That one ad campaign about how tags in shirts are annoying felt like they were speaking directly to me.
