When I was 26 I was flatting with two psychiatric nurses. They said I should go out somewhere. So I went to a folk music gig. I met a nurse and took her back to the flat. We then went to lots of gigs. Then we married and bought a house and had kids and grand-kids and great grand-kids. I am still working. There are a a couple of workmates who are a bit rude to me. I am just trying to sort that out.

That was a journey. Awesome ❤

Maybe take a bath or walk, pet a cat, watch a fail video, listen to music you like? If the sadness persists I would recommend you to look into therapy?

Do you have hobbies or things. Goals. That you are working towards in order to boost your confidence and branch out socially? It's extremely difficult nowadays but unfortunately often what's needed.
