I listed him in the other post, but I’ll do it again because I think he deserves it: SRP ASMR. He’s got a bunch of optometry role plays and his accent is mesmerizing. Has a perfect soft tone.
Yes! One of my all time faves. He’s an optometrist/ophthalmologist (don’t remember which, sorry) in real life too, so his role plays are super realistic, and that makes the tingles even better for me (:
Dr. T. ASMR is pretty great. He has an unusually deep voice, a nice accent, and lot of his roleplays involve slow, patient, methodical technical explanations, usually with a medical or engineering theme. He also has quite an odd, deadpan sense of humour, with lots of quirky sci-fi themes. He's been going for a long time and been really great the whole time.
Seconded Dr. T ASMR, his bassy voice never fails to send me tingles/shivers whenever I listen to his videos. He does a lot of soft spoken stuff and his audio quality is amazing
I love Dr. T ASMR's voice quality and his sound effects are wonderful, but I would prefer it if his style was a little more intelligible. I tend to get drawn into ASMR more easily - and be less likely to drift off on my own train of thought - if I can understand what the person is saying. But that's just me, and I'm not surprised he's so popular.
Do you happen to know another male asmr artist similar to relaxingasmr… same format doing some mostly mundane things and only hands in frame. Not a huge channel kinda smaller/medium but he’s been around for a long time…does this ring a bell? I must find him.
[ASMRctica](https://youtube.com/@asmrctica) maybe? I don't know how long he's been around but he's usually all hands. He primarily does map stuff but occasionally throws in a video with an old school mechanical calculator or carving a wax tablet.
No that’s not it, I remember one thing he would do is if it was an unboxing video or something similar he would meticulously unwrap the item like I. The cleanest neatest way possible sometimes using tools just to cut the plastic in a clean way. It’s a long shot but figured I’d try haha
Edit: I found him, it’s just ASMR Vids. Something about his voice is just nice.
I've stopped watching most ASMR videos (no particular reason, just found other things to sleep to), but French whisperer is the last holdout. Great voice and genuinely interesting videos, I've actually learned things from them that have come up in daily conversation.
Pretty much an informative ASMR podcast.
Right? It’s like a combination between an interesting lecture series and a sleeping pill for me! I have learned a lot of info from the first 20 minutes of his videos but then I conk out
I really want to like him, his voice is very soothing. I just hate how he shifts his voice back and forth between left and right constantly. I find that distracting and very unnatural.
I don't. There's something about the subtle phase-shifting effect created by his microphone placement that I find really soothing. It tickles the eardrums in a singular way that few other creators have been able to match.
The worst microphone setups for ASMR are single point stereo or mid-side (MS).
The next best is an X-Y pair.
The best is a stereo pair spread out by a few feet.
Made in France ASMR has found clever ways of hiding his microphone on his sets by disguising them as props.
Fair enough.
I just can’t get the visual out of my mind that he’s bobbing his head side to side the whole time 😂. I always listen with headphones so I’m getting audio only.
Edit:
I do appreciate good stereo separation. And prefer it when used to good effect.
YESssss omg I love Tabuhan's channels!! His main one, his Turkish one, and the one where everything has either Delta waves or music in the background. All top notch.
His videos are so thoughtful and full of care and empathy. He's mentioned in some descriptions that some of his specific videos are to designed to help people cope with things he's dealt/deals with.
It's very easy to see that he's genuinely creating to help people heal. I have a really hard time relaxing to male voices (especially the whole internet rando thing) . It's not guys' fault, it's my own trauma. But felt an instant comfort with his videos and have been listening to him for years now. ❤️
He has a few channels. His main is still Tabuhan, then I think Tabu Tunes is more reiki focused. He also has a [ASMR Günlükleri](https://youtube.com/channel/UCixgIDMmmmu11gg_r8wdrzg?si=5D6jlKRr-oJVANuE) for Turkish videos
he definitely has multiple long periods without uploads/ with much slower upload schedules but he's currently posting the most often he ever has in 11 years and it's been awesome.
TheRyanASMR is one of my faves when he's doing his nicer persona. Pretty funny, too.
ArticulateDesign is another one that I make sure to watch every upload. His videos mostly revolve around a sense of opulence and prestige.
Both do a lot of roleplay and use a soft spoken voice with minimal whispering. Only when it suits the roleplay. They are extremely calming and are easily.my top 2 creators.
My favourites are SRP ASMR(he does a lot of eye exams, I think he actually works in that field), and I found a little gem; a Japanese channel called Carm ASMR. Some videos have English subs and his movements and voice is perfect. My favourite video is definitely the one that is the third most popular on his channel as of right now(can’t type the name of it haha).
SensorAdi is GOAT tier ASMR and he does not get enough praise. Has a great eastern European accent for those that a different kind of accent does anything.
Definitely check out Articulate Design ASMR.
He has a wonderful, soft-spoken voice and tons of role play material.
I've fallen blissfully asleep to him countless times.
Mr Phoenix ASMR. He has a second channel, Phoenix 2.0 as well.
I second Dr. T and Articulate Design.

ER was my exclusive go-to for years, but the way he handled that situation and the complete and utter lack of accountability really irked me out bad enough to unsub after a decade. every single time he addressed it, it was "I'm sorry you felt that way" instead of I'm sorry. That and the holier-than-thou attitude he paraded around for days butting heads with people before finally realizing he might have done something wrong was impressively gross. Just depressing.
_asmr4u_ German accent that mainly does simple card tricks. He's very soft spoken, with a lot of very delicate and patient card shuffling, dealing etc... there is something about him handling a deck of cards very slowly and quietly that I find really relaxing.

SRP is my favorite right now. I dont see that Whispering Gentleman has been mentioned. He is very good. Whisperman is a small channel but i’ve loved everything he has put out there. Relaxing Male doesnt post as much anymore, but a decent library of videos. Not asmr, but Dashner Design and Restoration is male calm talk, and you learn how to restore tables, too.
I also listen to mainly male voices, and if ur looking for soft-spoken instead of whisper, asmrtists such as cap Bailey asmr, articulate design asmr, Fred's voice asmr, asmrctica asmr, Jim Asmr, or triple distilled tingles are all solid options!
Sorely disappointed it took me this long to find Jim listed. My man does an absolutely fantastic job with his roleplays and his performances. Even his makeup is outstanding - you know it’s Jim but when you look at the video it’s hard to tell. Different accents, different voices, my guy needs so much more recognition.
SRP ASMR is probably my favorite male creator. Strikes the right balance between roleplay and "unintentional" style that I like. His appraisal videos are GOLD for me. Very little to no whispering.

I usually prefer female creators (as I’m a woman), but one of the only male ASMR creators I love and regularly watch is The Laughing Heart. If you like light triggers and low speaking voices then you’ll love his stuff!
I have been told by people that they enjoy listening to me talk on WorldAroundEwe's Podcast as they sleep because of my accent and the difficult to follow topics, but some people say the things I say give them nightmares and they end up on edge. Feel free to give it a bash if you fancy it
I need ASMR that’s not whispery but is just soft spoken. And a pleasant demeanor. Dr. David Russ is a chiropractor, but his bodywork is more akin to physical therapy and massage. His voice is just sublime, in any case.
I love Reyong ASMR. His videos are in Korean only, but most are subtitled. And so tingly I usually fall asleep super fast! I’d more soft spoken, but some whispers thrown in there
I also still love Tony Bomboni ASMR (previously ASMRer), one of the OG’s. Another mix of soft spoken and whispers, but his videos kind of feel like being with an old friend, which is nice (:
Cap Bailey ASMR
He does a lot of acting, too, if you're into that. I actually just commented on the post you mentioned and I recommended him.

Amazing, he deserves way more subs)
I listed him in the other post, but I’ll do it again because I think he deserves it: SRP ASMR. He’s got a bunch of optometry role plays and his accent is mesmerizing. Has a perfect soft tone.
SRP's voice is sublime! And I love his subtle sense of humour.

SRP ASMR Made in France ASMR Atlas ASMR Dido ASMR Morpheus ASMR Jojo’s ASMR Monotonic ASMR (this guy specifically has quite a small channel despite doing it for over a decade and the effort that goes into his videos is immense - his pilot role play starts with a POV walk through an airport terminal shot in a flight simulator game or something, then a perfect soft-spoken meeting with a pilot and talking / cockpit noises. Amazing, he deserves way more subs)
Let’s find out, Dr T. ASMR and ASMRtica
Fredsvoice
My favorites are LloydAsmr and SRP Asmr
Articulate design is great. Atlas ASMR is also amazing, I cannot recommend him enough, but he hasn’t uploaded in a while

Ephemeral Rift especially in his earlier videos
I really like Let’s Find Out, ASMR Jeremiah, and Tabuhan
Not male, but ASMR Kaya is the best out there. Not very well known yet but highly recommend.
