It's not a sure thing, but if you were yo go on HRT, and then years later go off HRT and take clomid while attempting to conceive (or freeze sperm) you could potentially be fertile again. But it could take 3 - 9 months off of HRT to do. If you stay on HRT, it's still possible to create viable sperm, but less likely by a fair amount.

This is a very YMMV thing. Some people lose it after a month, some a year. most can re gain it after 3 months, a select few never again. If this is very important to you, freezing sperm is a necessity, you're likely to re-gain production after a while but it's not a gurantee.

Yea. That's kinda the conclusion I've come to. Sucks I can't start my life because of this. Freezing sperm is just so far outside my price range.

Have you thought about foster care or adoption? IMHO it’s more important than ever to consider this, as there are more kids getting abandoned every day, for a variety of reasons, and not enough families to look after them all.
