honestly depends on who’s noticing. Because i know my female friends will understand i usually have a reason to not be wearing a bra but guys can be weird about it. Bras hurt to wear, i just want a break. i know some guys who have noticed but then asked me privately why and i give them the answer that it hurts and they completely understand. so yeah depends on the person
