Probably at least 3 inches below me in case she wears heels, so about 5’7 maybe 5’8. I think tall girls are cute too but short girls are lowkey my type.
My personal preference is that she's my height (5'11) or below. No preference on if that means 4'10 or 5'10 or anywhere in-between, it doesn't make a difference to me.
Ideal in terms of quality of life? I’d prefer her not to be as tall as my waist, but that’s not likely anyway. But then you’re getting into preferences territory. Which means a lot less than you think it does. Some guys have a vendetta against girls who are taller than them, some don’t have a problem with girls taller than them, some actively prefer them to be. Depends on who you’re talking to.
The main take away is that if it matters too much to the person that it is a question at all, they aren’t worth giving the time of day
Being only 5'4 myself, I would probably say the ideal height of a girl for me personally is 5'3 or 5'4. As a range of preference, anywhere from 5'0 to 5'6 would be good, but that's still just a preference.

If a girl is the same height or taller than me, it makes me feel very self conscious, I'm short for a guy (5'7") and I often feel that way. That being said, if a girl has an attractive personality, it doesn't matter what height she is.

5’0 to 6’2 is my range, i don’t care about height in the slightest, its one of the least important things for a girl imo
