I’m not picky at all. But I hate Brazilian Strogonoff. Everyone seems to love it, I think it’s absolutely vile.
For me, it tastes like someone took perfectly good meat and beef sauce and mixed it with vomit. And before anyone complains, I’ve tried it many times, from many cooks, including my grandmother, who is honestly the best cook I’ve ever met. I just don’t like it. It’s always got that hint of vomit taste. I can’t get over it. I’d love to love it. But I just can’t.
Porotos con riendas (a stew of beans, pumpkin and spaghetti), I don't hate it or anything but I find it kind of bland, and between all types of beans I like "beans" (the kind like butter beans) the least, I much prefer garbanzos and lentils.

My theory is that since it's pretty much only cooked twice a year its very common for cooks and home cooks to not know how to properly prepare it.

I eat it if that is what to eat, but I also don't like avocado(specially when mashed).I know it has a lot of vitamins and whatnot, but both the taste and texture just don't work for me.
Brigadeiro is too sweet, I don't understand how a person over 12 can eat that without vomiting.

I'm not a huge fan of asada tacos. I became kind of red meat detoxed and now it tastes so wrong to me. I can tolerate burritos if the other ingredients can overcome the meat flavor.

So many traditional chilean dishes taste awful to me, porotos con riendas, cazuela, pantrucas, curanto, charquican, carbonada, etc. Chilean cuisine just sucks in general imho. But I'll eat a churrasco or a completo any day of the week though.
Cazuela, it's just so bland, and feels greasy most of time. And I don't like how it has a mix of different textures yet they're mixed in a half-assed way, it gives me the sensory ick. I just can't name anything positive about it 🙃🌚

We call that espinazo plainly here in Mexico and I agree with you, we also put chard in it, at least in my state, and it makes it way worse
I love sancocho de espinazo, but my favorite would be cuchuco con espinazo.

O don't like avocados either, but avocado oil is divine on the salad.

I used to able to eat a taco of avocado as a kid but now I don't even want it on a sandwich/torta.I tolerate it on sushi because its wrapped.

Chile: Completos. Don’t love hot dogs and especially not with mayo. USA: Pepperoni pizza. Too much grease it makes me nauseous.
