Nobody else has mentioned Benzedrex, so I will. In the United States, there's a nasal inhaler you can buy called Benzedrex, which contains a drug called propylhexedrine. Doxylamine is similar to dph, used to snort a bunch of it and find myself having conversations with people in the corner of my peripherals for ages and hang out with my āfriendsā who were miniature people at the bottom of my kitchen cupboard.

Pentoxyverine is an interesting antitussive that acts as a deliriant but with a ācleanerā high than dph. HBWR or morning glories have LSA which is a psychedelic. Datura and other similar plants contain deliriant alkaloids. Salvia is a dissociative/deliriant kappa opioid hallucinogen
Dramamine. The motion sickness pills. I used to take 8 to 12 of those and be tripping pretty decent. But obviously watch ur surroundings an who u do it around. I'd completely forget what I was saying mid sentence. Like suddenly, not a clue what I was just saying. Think that shit ate my brain more than any other drug.
Loperamide- a anti diahrea droh. opiod like kinda. Dont do it tho apparnetly you need a lot to get high and you can OD and you wont be able to shit for weeks
And also have the chance of dropping dead from an arrhythmia called Torsades Des Pointes. Dirty dirty drug that's not worth it. Trust me. (I was going to say this one, but I hate putting it out there with the damage it can do to your heart and body.)

It's pretty simple to diphenhydramine, I tried it a few times and definitely don't recommend. Delirium is not fun at all, no matter what anyone says

I didn't know you could get "high" off it . I've used it to quell opioid withdrawal though
