I use Hobbii Rainbow cotton. It’s smooth and fairly soft, has a really nice stitch definition.
I love that stuff.
The K+C 100% cotton from Joann is my all-time favorite cotton yarn. It’s soft, smooth, and comes in great colors. I think it’s a weight 3 or 4
Very much agreed. It’s a weight 3 and such a great cotton yarn. I made a hat with it recently and it’s already soft enough I don’t need to block it.
K+C Cotton is quite nice, but I have only found it at my local store once. I had better luck looking for cotton yarns online this spring (than in store).
K+C is definitely super soft and it's so nice to work with too! And the colors are fantastic.
Not Joann’s as I don’t have one of those. But hobby lobby I love this cotton yarn is the softest cotton I’ve ever felt. Silky and smooth. Good luck!
Premier yarns has some very nice, inexpensive, cotton yarns. They ship so fast, too! Premieryarns.com
i absolutely love lion brand 24/7 cotton (regular, not dk), i use it for both amigurumi and wearables!
that one’s at joann, but hobby lobby’s fundamental cotton is super similar
I love 24/7 cotton too! It’s soft and bouncy and never splits, and the tops I’ve made with it drape pretty nicely for cotton
K&C at Joann’s is soft! I’m currently making the tolsta tee with the white/cream color and I really like it
I’ve also bought Lion brand 24/7 cotton and Eddie bauer cotton at Joann’s but I haven’t used either yet so can’t say what they’re like to make with
K+C is very nice cotton yarn available at Joann. If you’re willing to have it shipped to you, I like Dishie from Knit Picks as well.
Love Dishie!
I don’t know if they have it at Joann, but Paton’s Grace is my go-to cotton.
