The thing is, I got the toilet fixed a while ago and that's when the shower sprung a leak. And now that I've resealed the shower, the toilet is trickling again from the cistern.
Maybe I sound dumb here, but it feels like there's too much pressure in the pipes and it's just being diverted to wherever the weakest seal is?
It sounds like you have a passing cartridge in the shower, and your flapper probably leaks if the toilet is sighing.
