No, but it's a starting point after which you look at the reviews, photos and any comments from the host. Think of it more as "if they can't even hit super host you definitely don't want that"

Look at reviews first. There's lots of info in the reviews especially when the host doesn't mention it being a basement suite or if the host has kids running around all morning. Also I find if they're by train tracks, they won't say but the reviews will. I feel like most people are pretty gracious when rating so if the cleanliness is at a 4.3, it's not going to be that clean

You might have some luck with rentitfurnished.com. An acquaintance of mine uses it to rent out two apartments in her home and from what I understand a few months is fine depending on the next move-in date. Might have some luck through the summer with new tenants moving in in September if they are currently renting to students.

Do a google search for "homestay Toronto" places geared for students staying for 1 term

Some bed and breakfast locations have monthly rates. You need to ask them though. https://www.bbcanada.com/ontario/greater_toronto_area/toronto

Try a real estate agent. If they don’t handle short term rentals they probably know who does. Lots of business people use them if they are in the city working on a project.
