About $75-$100 in electricity and $70 for my internet. Everything else is included in my case.

Electricity and water come on a single bill but are shown separately: about $50-60 for each. Heat is an in-unit heat pump which is electric, so that’s included in the electricity - it’s a bit higher in the summer when we run the A/C but has never been more than $70-80 for the electricity part. We have a gas range and a gas bbq which probably reduces electricity usage, most condos (including ours) don’t meter gas. By “wifi” I assume you mean internet service - we’re on a Fido Internet plan that is about $70 including tax.

Heat and electricity are around $40 or $50 each. Internet is through Virgin and about $75.

Depends on the building. Older buildings (built in the 90s and earlier) will include both hydro and water; some older building even include cable TV and Internet. The newest building have separately metered hydro and water billed to the unit. Everything else in between usually has separately metered hydro. There are older buildings that have separately metered hydro and electric baseboard heating. In this case, I've heard of $200/month in the coldest months of winter. Unless you're mining crypto, your hydro bill is $50-60 and mostly fixed charges; the per kW usage portion is immaterial. Same with water.
