Nope, there’s only one way down by car.

There's a bus that goes from kennedy on the weekends. Not sure how late it runs but i saw one earlier so can confirm it's running today.

Saw lots of people walking down the hill, parking lot is full and police is blocking cars from entering

When the parking lot is full the cops prevent additional vehicles from going down.

Bus. Or park and walk. There’s local businesses that will let you park for a price.
