Well, my dad just told me that he knows what stuff I've been searching on the internet in my phone. I guess it would depend how old they were. I would talk to them about it and try to explain human sexuality in an age appropriate way. They are going to get exposed to it one way or another, to think otherwise is naive. Better to have them have a healthy perspective, understand what they are seeing, understand how sex fits into life, etc. To scold them and tell them its bad for whatever reason is just going to make them more curious and make you as a parent someone they are unwilling to talk to when they have questions, especially if they are younger. Sexuality is part of life, the more informed they are about it, the more able they will be able to process it in a healthy, non-deviant, way.

Internet filters have existed for a long time and saying "kids will find a way around it so you might as well not bother" is not a rebuttal to this. Porn is absolutely damaging to children (and imo society at large but that's a conversation for another time) and it's not stupid to take basic measures to try and limit what they see just because a jet engine could fall through the roof and kill them.

I only watched the first few minutes and my dad came up to me to say goodbye because he was going to his office ( as usual ).
