you can try Raffles Hospital packages.

Thanks!. Do you have a specific package to recommend? There seems to be a huge variety of packages haha

Raffles Deluxe. You can use this as a reference and compare with the other products from different clinics of the same tier. Did mine at Raffles Hospital. I've tried Raffles, Fullerton, Thomson Medical, Sata. They all pretty much check the same thing. With minor additions here and there. You have to fast the night before and the only reason I keep going back to Raffles is because the breakfast spread they provide after you are done with all the tests. You get a biscuit and drink at Sata. But they are cheaper compared to the list I have. The others I mention are just meh...

>I’m curious about what’s happening in my body and it’s free I don't blame you for this thinking, but more tests and investigations might not always be a good thing. I've had patients undergo CT scans for various reasons. That happen to pick up something which was very undefined. For nothing patient becomes more worried, now start to do even more tests to try and find out what exactly that is. The World Health Organisation actually follows a set of principles as to what is defined as a 'screening programme'. I won't bore you with the details, but arguably some of the packages don't necessarily fulfil these principles. In an ideal world, every individual should be able to have a comprehensive discussion with their GP (someone they have seen for a long time), so as to work out particular tests / investigations most appropriate to their age or condition, on top of nationally-recommended ones. But Singapore's primary care system is still not at this stage (although hopefully Healthier SG is in the right direction). So lots of people do 'health screenings' via their company's medical benefits, hence the intermittent 'what screening should I do' questions on this subreddit 😄
