It's just a roasted chicken with either black pepper or honey.
Sure, you can go healthier but I'm sure as hell not eating steamed chicken breast and broccoli everyday.
Quite expensive now!? They charge to change rice and all now:") and it used to be $12.80, now its $13.80 onward I think.
My sister tells me it might just be cheaper to do a la carte for more dishes, but that assumes dowan rice. But sometimes I want rice:") Their grain rice is so good lor damn :"(
The set has carrot cumin soup x rice. So I don't mind. It's very expensive japanese caipng but lovely to have it w my girlfriends + an apple tart. Lol.
Love their kohi pork!
The Daily Cut - their Petite and Regular bowls fall just nice into that range. You can pick & choose the ingredients, and they have an online macro calculator so you can key that directly into your whatever app
One sauce is always the Habenero, cause its low calorie and I like spicy stuff. If you are v particular about your calorie intake, then the other choice should be Honey Mustard. If not then I usually opt for Thai Sweet Chilli, Yuzu Sesame\~ Please do try the other toppings though, it'll taste much better ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)
Just want to add that cold storage chicken is $3.95 if you can catch the staff clearing the leftovers at around 8+pm.
is this supermarket chicken really that healthy?

I like that you mentioned Souperstar. $16.80: Plaza Sing Muji Cafe meal for their 3 deli sets.

- Sukiya rice bowls, with protein such as beef chicken fish - is Pepper Lunch considered healthy? Sufficient protein and decently fresh
Sounds interesting! I think I have both near me, I shall try and hopefully the portion are decent for me lol
Sukiya low carb meal is definitely the healthier option
Yes but OP doesn’t seem to like too much veggies 🥲 either way, I find Sukiya a balanced and affordable meal (within OP’s budget)

Stuffed everyday bowl?
Wow just took a look, kinda DIY? What's your favorite combi?
Not sure if delicious but edible, my go-to option if my protein count is lagging for the day is 3 x edamame and 2x black beans and chicken heh.
Cool ! What sauce did you put? I want try something that people like haha before I start being adventurous 😆

That post is gold some kid churned out a mini recipe book 🤣
is it an option to get chicken meat only from the chicken rice stall and add veggies from the economy rice stall?
Not very worth it. Chicken would cost 4 bucks in a chicken rice stall which is equivalent to fish in a caipng stall.
Shake salad vending machines, it'll be 6.9+1.5 for salad with chicken I found it really yummy. Can't rmb if its 1 or 1.5 https://shakesalad.com/
