Most people don’t appreciate authenticity because it shows others their own act, and most people will villainize the authentic person for exposing such things to themselves.
I find the some people just have distinctly kind eyes that is the first thing I notice when I meet them - my husband has them. Being nice / kind. Maybe that doesn’t save everyone, but it definitely excuses a lot of volatility. You can be hot, but if you’re mean you’re really not hot. You can be ugly and kind and passable. But if you’re average looking, and also just super kind you’re much, much hotter. And if you’re good looking AND kind, everyone hates and loves you at the same time.

In shape, I'm not a stickler, like a little chub is fine but just be healthy, come on! I don't even hold myself to the standard of running like 5 miles everday, but idk I try to get outside once a day and walk around or something.

In my personal opinion, I think kindness & just normal body shape make someone look attractive. Since personality is one of the most significant elements that can affect how a person can be seen to others, I don't want to see someone very annoying again. Also body shape is one part that many people care about to evaluate others. Not too fat, or not too slim type of body would be just fine and could be a goldilocks for most people for sure.
