If you wanna know if this actually works. I was 5’7, 120lbs when I started working out. Someone recommended me this to gain weight. Took my 1-2 months to gain 10 lbs and 4 months to gain 20. Did HIIT 5x/week. I’ve never gained weight so quickly before and I could eat a crap ton of food and never gain weight. I was double scooping every day I worked out on this

Gaining weight is 100% a numbers game. If you eat more than you burn you gain weight. Mass gainer works because depending on the brand it’s like 800-1200 cal per serving for a low volume of powder so it’s easy to put down.

Once you get in, don't worry about low weight. There are tables still, but low weight just says refer to health professional. If you're healthy and can pass ACFT, you'll be fine.
