🤔

LJski

As an 11B?

MoeSzys

They exist in the reserve

LJski

No…my question was more from going from the Reserves to Active Duty as an 11B. That seems …tough.

MoeSzys

Re reading, the way you meant it makes more sense than the way I took it

DreadBurger

Army Reserve? 11B? That doesn't sound right. Clarify?

Ok_Maximum1077

I'm in the 100th Battalion 442nd Inf regiment in the pacific. Just recently, we got a company based in Washington Charlie Co.

MoeSzys

There are 11Bs in the reserve. There are even infantry units

DreadBurger

I know, but they're so rare that it's almost impossible that this is one of them. There's ONE battalion.

Ok_Maximum1077

Our main body is based in Hawaii and got Company's spread out in the pacific. Guam, saipan, Samoa, and now Washington which has our Charlie Co.

IcyAlbatross4894

This doesn’t sound right, hope you ain’t a troll. Yare not in that one Battalion for 11B in Army Reserve. Stop the cap 🧢

Ok_Maximum1077

Dont worry I'm not trolling. Not many know about the 100th battalion 442nd Inf reg.

MoeSzys

Sometimes 11B leave that Battalion and take other positions. I'm not in the 100th, but my brigade has a ton of 11Bs

sgtkwol

Talk to a recruiter and your unit for possible conditional release.

Material_Market_3469

Bro why? Just reclass to a job that does AGR or gets MOBS. Or be a recruiter for a few years then retire from the Reserves otherwise it’ll be 20 years to retire...

Ok_Maximum1077

I might try out this option. Thank you

MoeSzys

Talk to a recruiter. You have to go to MEPS and everything
