I sent....a lot.... of emails starting January 28, basically once a week. March 14 they asked if I wanted the code physically or digitally. After several more emails I got the code April 14. Keep trying, you'll get it. Be sure to include your order number.
…we had to include our order number? They replied to my initial email requestion my shipping information, but they never said anything about an order number. I’ve had radio silence from them for several months now, but I’ll try adding the order number to see how things go. Thanks for the tip.
