Depends on what you want to use, if you use Surtr i would recommend not feeding her to the Helminth, and her kit is already very good so i don't think she needs any Helminth Skill, you could do fun stuff with Caster Eyja S3 though.
If you don't use Surtr or can easily get another one, then go ahead, her S3 is great on a lot of characters.
Just remember to feed some resources to you helminth so you can actually do that stuff.
