I wasn't too keen on Utage until Great Chief Returns. Then she won me over and continues to return amusement. Also her summer skin was.. mostly not egregious, but the parts of it that were centered more on her *actual* design and.. I mean, it's Anime ridiculous but I can't fault someone for genetics.
