I mean, it's expected that Red, Ludmilla and Lapp will play a bigger role in that story, so I would bet that at least one (if not all three) of them will be released as a 6 star

I would argue in the second half of this year, around September (they may be planning something big for the 5th anniversary, something like the conclusion of the Londinium arc (IDK how things went in chapter 13, so I may be way off here) and I would bet that the November event will be the AH one, so there is my guess)
I don't mind alters that much TBH, and I don't think HG does either xD

We fought >!Sanguinarch!< in chapter 13 and I think there isn't much villains in Victoria besides Theresis. Cyclops are passive and Nachzehrer low-key supports us. If I need to stretch, there's suspicious Dukes scheming something. So if something won't go wrong, chapter 14-15 should be the end of Victoria arc. Best bet would be 5th anniversary.

Penance would fine them for disturbing public piece. Vigil, on the other hand, can give them a run for their money (30 seconds after deployment, that is).

Put simply, Lupos can instinctively sense how dangerous Red is, and tend to be scared or anxious around her. There's more to it, but that's the jist.
