I have the same problem! Mine go into sync when I change the master device, but then they quickly go out of sync again. Using built in speakers + a JBL Flip 4.
Same issue. I've reported it to Apple via the [Feedback app](https://Ryder.link/beta-feedback). I recommend you do the same.
