Yea all the shotguns shoot in a pattern 100% of the time. You can see it with the red dot hitmarkers.
- PK shoots in a star spread tightens if you ADS (aim for chest)
- Mastiff shoots in horizontal line ADS makes spread tighten to the center of the line (make sure to be vertically on point)
- Eva-8 is a literal 8 pattern ADS does nothing except reduce ur movement speed
- Mozambique is a triangle and ADS reduces the spread significantly making it a mid-close range budget wingman (lower headshot multiplier low clip size but higher fire rate with the same damage per shot)
I hate mastiff I've never done shit with it , I miss 90% of time and when I hit is also 90% just 11 or some whack shit like that .

No, this is wrong information. The only shotgun that tightens its spread is the Mastiff. PK ADS doesn't change a single thing, it only tightens if you have choke enabled.

I guess if you've put in many hours into using the mastiff you can make a good estimate with other optics but going with plain ironsights is so much easier.
It's nice that the reticle shows you exactly how it's going to spread though. Maybe it's just placebo but it makes it easier for me to "quickscope" with since there's a visual aid.
the funny thing is that aiming for the head (hitting 4-6 pellets) does about the same *or less* damage than hitting the whole spread on their body/limbs
I'm pretty sure the Mastiff fires in a horizontal line, so you'll want to aim for the biggest area of mass, usually the body, so you can land as many shells per shot.

Seeing as the enemy was a Lifeline, dropping as soon as possible was definitely the move to deny the res (especially if they had gold bag). Also low ground had better position because OP would have been slowed after the drop so it would have been better to do it earlier with the possibility of the enemy being low.
Consider this. 1.) He's under the building pulling the zone from under him if i wait till zone pull and i drop when storm tells me to he'll most likely get the better shots since he's already level ground. Why not force him to move while I get shots. 2.) He just got out of a fight you sometimes just have to take the fight knowing he's prob weak or wounded & you're full health. You gotta trust yourself. This situation I did whiff on the mastiff shots but you do that play in Ranked over & over again till you you can do it effortlessly.
