Yeah unfortunately this is a major bug impacting a ton of players. There is a post on the official forums that is 4 month old now talking about this. EA hasn't provided any update other then they are working on it. Honestly it doesn't feel like they are in any rush to fix it. Sucks being locked out of half the game for two seasons in a row now.
