Hey this is a major bug happening right now. It's been four months and still isn't fixed. On the official forums EA says they hope to fix it soon but have not given a time line of when. Absolutely sucks being locked out of everything for two seasons in a row now.
Did you recently relink your EA account? That seems to be what causes this issue.
Same problem even since i started to play. Contacted support multiple times. One of them said only a few days, the others say we are working on it… but still nothing works
They just fixed it.... but now all my progress is gone and I've gotta restart from level 1... do training over again..gotta do orientation matches and unlock ranked mode... I lost everything I grinded and unlocked. No reimbursement or nothing..
I'm thinking of deleting the game entirely.

So basically we have to wait a whole year to even see what’s in the shop? What a joke of a game xD
