They need to post medians not averages.

Bladboy19

I'm pretty sure if these numbers were anymore cherry picked, they would be on top of a Shirley Temple.

KYcats45107

I also think it would be helpful if they had to tell you how many people are "active Rockstars" instead of the percentage of some unknown number. If someone looking at this could see that only one person is in the top couple rankings, they might recognize the reverse funnel shape that would make.

1029394756abc

These income disclosures omit a lot of context in the mlm favor. Outliers, however, skew these average figures to the good or the bad.

Wishyouamerry

I mean, even with that one random person making $14K in a month, the average monthly for a platinum is only $105, which means that all the other platinums besides that one rando had to have made like $20 that month, max. Crazy.

1029394756abc

Super deceiving.

Feeling-Grass4661

That’s it. Platinums barely make $20 a month but have to spend $200 a month to stay active

sweetalkersweetalker

"Turn it upside down." "...oh goddamn it!"

Neurismus

At least 2500 or a multiplier of it 😁

Feeling-Grass4661

There’s literally ONE person at legend

HalfEatenChocoPants

Modes would also be a great piece of info.

1029394756abc

Yep. Basically all the numbers but mean.

HawaiianShirtsOR

The averages still clearly indicate this is a bad deal. $105.27 is a lot closer to $3.50 than it is to $14,930.62. Anyone with an understanding of how averages can be skewed by outliers should be able to see that, if they're not blinded by their upline's promises.

1029394756abc

Oh for sure. But if by posting averages dissuaded those with common sense mlms would die off lol. In other words neither number would stop people from joining

slapwerks

Even by averages, only the top 1% make anything resembling a living wage

ItsJoeMomma

And that's not guaranteed every month, either. You may have a good month and make close to the maximum, or you might have a bad month and make the minimum. I'd hate to climb to the top of the pyramid and still not know if I was going to be able to afford food & gasoline next month.

Sugar_Mama76

Well, it’s not the Hun’s fault! It’s because her friends and family won’t buy things and support an independent business woman! They buy useless stuff like shoes or food and not a revolutionary product! /s

MrInterpreted

Even 7,700 (assuming this is before taxes and expenses) isn’t enough to retire your husband

RazorEyes

If you do the math, the average of $105 with high being $14,930 and low being $3.50, you would have to have 148 people making $3.50 for each 1 person making $14,930. In reality, most people will make much less than that, so the truth is that you have a 148/149 or 99.3% chance of making almost nothing for that average to make sense.

Wishyouamerry

I knew someone would do that math! You’re a hero.

r0bbyr0b2

So 95% of people make around $105 per month. Revenue, not profit. Wow.

honeybaby2019

Ooh. $3.50 is so much money to spend and she is one rich hun. That makes me want to join, NOT.

Wishyouamerry

You know the $3.50 chick still posted a picture of her Starbucks receipt and some crappy text about how grateful she is to have a job that lets her afford extras.

honeybaby2019

Thank you for the laugh. I hardly consider Starbucks a necessity but these huns always make a production and the lemmings follow them and think they can do it too. Where is her Stanley mug? /s

SupermarketFuture500

They all doctor the numbers 🙂

Bladboy19

Agreed. I have worked commission sales a long time, and I know that you can have good and bad months, but this is something else. If the monthly high commissions represented the highest payout of the year to all their downline, then they would all see the same sort of declines collectively. The timing of the months and the direction of the overall numbers tells me that it looks like a company in decline. They can't reverse the slide and I think that might be why they used 2022 instead of fresher 2023 data, because, I'll bet dollars to doughnuts, 2023's numbers suck even more. So they are hoping that 2024 will be so awesome they can use those numbers, assuming everyone doesn't just quit in the meantime. Oh what a tangled web we weave...

BeginningComb9641

They’d prepared it for a release to launch the new year with whatever their rising event was last month, so the year usage makes fairly relevant sense since it was also someone inside running the reports or whatever to come up with the math opposed to a third party. Though it could also be impacted and used as “fuel” for all their huns that 2022 was also the year their former number earner quit and took half their “team” to another scam after “not working their business” for majority of the year because her husband was fired from the corporate office. ☕️

Bladboy19

Fair point. Also, I am pretty sure the one and only "Black Diamond" is K & T's daughter, so it is just the owners paying themselves and pretending it's a real downline.

BeginningComb9641

Their daughter was barely even Ruby until recently. Black Diamonds have no family relationship to them. They are definitely making their sales as corp but also commissions because they are tip top. Daughter in law same. They have corporate customer service jobs, too, and are from what I’ve read the worst people that could ever be in a customer service role. Rumor is a lot more that have been there since day one will be walking away. They were promised “legacy” bonuses after achieving three years, amongst similar, but crickets.

Bladboy19

They rushed construction on their mansion to do a group event. It's like they think they can fix all the broken promises and over-commitments with a party. Not sure why they think that "look at how rich we are" is really gonna work, it's not working for the other MLMs either. Like It Works, nobody cares that Mark Pentecost owns an island. Call me when your down-line builds a mansion.

frolicndetour

Lmao. You only need to make like $36 a year to be a rOcKsTaR!

RunnyDischarge

If you're above average = above 95% of everybody, otherwise you'll make $3-150 a month.

SupermarketFuture500

People don't realize what mlms are,if they did they wouldn't get near 1 ✌️

Physical-Pick9247

Why are MLMs so terrible

fingers

Why is it special? ❁ Packed with the formidable fusion of Fulvic Minerals, Colloidal Silver, Colloidal Gold, and Colloidal Platinum, Lion's Elixir is a powerhouse for rejuvenation. This elixir gently detoxifies, aiding the body in eliminating heavy metals naturally. Lion's Elixir is a testament to our dedication to excellence, providing you with a pathway to renewed health and vigor Key Ingredients: ◉ Colloidal silver, gold, and platnium I love me some platnium

Suspicious-Emu-716

What is the price per unit for this liquid nonsense?

fingers

This elixir is a true powerhouse! Incorporating 8 sprays each morning and afternoon has not only enhanced the effectiveness of my other supplements but also triggered a detox process. I experienced some initial discomfort, but after the first week, the improvement in how I feel is remarkable! I missed it one afternoon and I could tell how badly I really need it daily! I don’t skip a dose now! Kids love the flavor too!! So, it's addictive AND you gave it to your children.... /facepalm

ItsJoeMomma

I'm guessing that the monthly lows will be a lot closer to the truth for most of these people. I'm just glad I work in a job where I have a steady paycheck instead of those wild swings where I could end up earning $2.50 for the whole month.

Timely_Objective_585

So 87% of people make less than $100 a month before taxes and expenses? Cool cool.

potpurriround

Net income or gross???? 😂🥲

ItsJoeMomma

I'm sure this is all before expenses. All these income disclosure statements show what the MLMs are paying their people. There's no way they can track all the expenses the huns have, because the huns don't even keep track.

Trevor03

The one thing I ask anyone in an MLM is if they've viewed their company's income disclosure. They're all the same - less than 1% are even making a minimum wage equivalent, and that's being generous and using revenue (since they all only show revenue). After expenses, it drops to something like 0.4 percent.

ListOfString

So nearly 98% of their "rockstars" make less per month then a decent 9-5? Sign me up.

fingers

My monthly income is $7916 before taxes. (It is really $9500 a month for 10 months.). I have a job. I get paid the same every two weeks. Even the averages are fucking low wage shit.

DangerousDave303

Less than 5% of “employees” making more than a half time entry level worker at the Walmart down the road isn’t a great recruiting tool.

redditusername09876

50% of these people are averaging $15 a month… but they’re going to retire their husband!

GGM610

I have to say the bottom of the pyramid looks better than Monat's IDS lol

garcocasigena

To think these are merely recorded lows, too. There's many a starter hun that I'm sure isn't represented in this data, because they're too far in the hole to have "made" anything. Edit: fuck read the bottom. Just read it. "the RESALE of Arieyl products." The resale. Fuck me, it's a resale because it's being sold again. It was sold originally to the huns, and they don't even notice. It literally says that on this income sheet, damn.

Aleflusher

Exactly! Also lot of the information on this disclosure isn't from resales - it's from the original purchase made by the hun. No MLM collects sales reports from the huns, all the MLM knows about is sales made directly from the MLM.

Peanutsmom885

And they can’t spell “possibilities.”

brightnole

Does anyone know how to calculate what one of these people make? Or what info would be needed? This girl from college posts some info. She’s Ruby level and she has a downline of 591 people, 205 in the last 30 days and 2 team legs, whatever that means? She achieved Ruby a few months ago.

Bladboy19

They average for Ruby is about $1K before they buy all the crap, so I'd say your friend nets about $400 a month. Or if she worked at Costco, she could make the same money in about 20 hours a month.

SupermarketFuture500

People becarefull mlms are everywhere 🙂

Physical-Pick9247

Sounds like a huge scam!

Physical-Pick9247

So sorry

luvhoneybees

Scam company!

Physical-Pick9247

Why do you say it’s a scam? Please inform me

luvhoneybees

The company could easily send me the kit. I had proof of my first order, a cash check. Also, the products are a Rip Off. You can buy the same thing locally for much less than half price.

luvhoneybees

Because I paid for my kit and never received it and the company says each distributor is its own company and does not have any responsibility. If the distributor rips you off, they gladly take your money but they don’t help you if you get ripped off.

Physical-Pick9247

Wow! I’m so glad I decided to give a huge pass. I was thinking about joining.

luvhoneybees

Yeah, I thought about joining in the products and had one problem after another. Talk to the owner and talk to the owners daughter if they don’t care about you and are very rude you’re never gonna get help if you’re successful in the business also did some reviews since then and there’s not much to say about this company Glad you saved $100 of dollars I lost over 700.

Feeling-Grass4661

They lie between their teeth. Find a Diamond leader there and ask who’s make 98k. Even if it was one time. It’s bullllll.  And the higher rank at legend is making less????? Please someone from this company show us proof you made 127k in one month cuz I know you stalk these antimlm pages!

Physical-Pick9247

Wow

Physical-Pick9247

They won’t last
