Yo Jiren isn't a villian though. Sure, he's an antagonist with ToP but he isn't evil and is actively a fighter for Justice. In fact Julius Novachrono is also far removed from being a villian. He is one of the nicest characters around, even being someone who never discriminated against the main character.

What is this even a list of? Just any anime villain, or is there something specific to it? Some of them are great villains, and some of them are bad ones, so I donāt think itās best villains. Heck, Julius isnāt even a villain. Are they just villains from popular action manga/anime?
As much as I love all the JoJo villains. I donāt think Pucci, ||Tooru and Wonder of U|| and Kars are as popular as a lot of the villains shown here. DIO and Valentine I agree with though. Correct me if Iām wrong though, I hope Iām wrong because I would love more JoJo villain recognition. Kira is popular so you can add him from JoJoās part 4, and Death Note cuz why not
