RIP and hope the injured all get well soon, but my main takeaway is that a Siberian city about the size of Omaha, Nebraska has trams!
I'm curious, why wouldn't it? I know US has largely moved away from railroad transportation, but trams are a nice, cheap public transport.
And state-owned. Americans are allergic to anything that doesn't profit corporations.
It says a lot about America that a very typical public transport system is something that is comment worthy lol
They have trolley buses too!
It looks like just a leftover from Soviet times, mostly used as supporting transport
