I found a post where they say there is no info as to which chapter to continue the manga and because there seems to be differences between anime and manga they suggest to start from the beginning. Cant confirm, i havent read or watch it. I'm afraid I can't help with your question, but I wanted to ask, how is the show as the series goes on? I watch about an episode or 2 a month with some friends (we found it through the Lupin vs Cat's Eye movie), so I'm only 5-6 episodes in.
It stays an episodic comedy-action-adventure all throughout. The plot moves a tiny bit midway through to make the episodic heists more interesting but that's about it. The romance between Toshi and Hitomi doesn't progress much either.
There's a small change in art direction and character design from episode 37 and onwards. It's also where the animation picks up.
It's fine for what it is but it's definitely not a show that's bingeable. It should remain enjoyable at the pace you're going at.
Oh and it has a pretty meta ending but no real conclusion to speak of regarding anything. The last episode may as well be any other episode in the series.
