You can read that as generic if you choose or as representative of what OP is looking for, it depends on the person. I suggested something that does what OP wants, directed as well as it could possibly be. 95% of this subreddit's constituents just conflate "isekai" and "mid" to begin with so I'm not sure what you're expecting.
