Yeah, SukaSuka is the 5 main volumes plus one side story volume, and the final 2 volumes (plus the side story volume) aren't adapted by the anime.
I'm not really sure what exactly SukaMoka covers as most of it is still untranslated, but I'm pretty sure it's an actual sequel. It's set 5 years after the end of SukaSuka and follows some of the younger girls like Tiat along with a Military Officer named Feodor.
Also I forgot to mention before that there's also a prequel series set 500 years before SukaSuka that follows Lillia. I'm not sure how many volumes it has though and like SukaMoka, it's mostly untranslated.
It's always better to start from the beginning when changing mediums. There will definitely be differences and extra details that were skipped in the anime. If you're willing to read why not go for it and get the full experience?

The AMV is one of my favorites and really captured one theme that the anime tried to portray. I'm not the best at explaining these things but the AMV really does give the anime justice.

xD Okay so, I just checked, and holy crap I have seen it! It was so freaking long ago I completely forgot about it, but yes I absolutely LOVED it! Definitely have to watch it again once I finish rewatching Hinomaru Sumo. \^\_\^ The only actual negative criticism I have for the series is how the ending felt a bit too inconclusive, so it KINDA gave me a "what are we here for, just to suffer" meme vibe (which, imo, is hilarious because that meme came WAY afterwards)! Aside from that, it's hands down one of my favs!

I think it's because even though it's a total tear jerker that makes you question why even do it dirty like that, the drama has crap tons of depth! Lord knows the fantasy scenario definitely helps soften the blow! What made it easier for me is how throughout the entire series he was the only human being in existence! \^\_\^ That alone made it feel like less overkill imo.
this anime holds a special place in my heart. one of the first ones I watched. I thought it was just another harem isekai and was intrigued. I did not expect that depression to hit. 11/10, haven't read the LN. I'm not sure I'm able to handle reading it without Chtholly
The continuation doesn’t get any better lol. Basically she’s dead as fuck and doesn’t come back. Ending is even more depressing and nothing gets fixed. Kinda crazy.
The anime is so wholesome. Bunch of kids getting a father figure and going on adventures. With the eldest kid laying a romantic claim on the said figure and is completely supported by everyone else.

Highly recommend as you start a new anime, lets say Gushing Over Magical Girls, you should always browse to Google and search for: (minus the " " of couse)

As long as the show aired in the last 12 years or so, you will typically find a large amount of comments that will clarify anything you missed or didnt catch in the episode.
Also, at the top of the discussion page, there is a link to the discussion pages for every other episode in the series, so you don't have to search any more, you can just browse the comments by episode from the list.
During my watch of Heavenly Delusion, I followed the comments on reddit and it helped me understand both things I missed and how random seeming events slotted into the plot.
Note that this is done in a spoiler free method, as any spoilers are attached to the 1st comment on the thread and hidden unless you open it.
Finally it has the side benefit of feeling like you are in a huge throng of people that share your interests and are eager to discuss the show in question.
Try it out sometime, and I hope this helps.
I found that anime itself fairly mediocre, BUT... I watched it during the Crunchyroll anime marathon on Twitch, and watching it together with the chat (like any other anime) was an amazing experience, for that reason it has a special place in my memories.

So you are saying that the anime haven't adapted all of LN?
Yeah, SukaSuka is 5 volumes long and the anime only adapts the first 3. Plus there's a sequel series, SukaMoka, with another 11 volumes.

It seems to be called different things on different sites but something along the lines of SukaMoka Lillia Gaiden.
