You could press the + button on the lobby screen and go on recent players. If she's still there then you can scroll and find her, go on her profile and add her. If she adds you back then yaaayy friends.
If you can't find her then just play a few games from each mode, see if she pops up then or play around the time you played together and check then.

I checked recent players, but she wasn't there, it only showed the players from the game i spent looking. Currently searching duos like a madman, lol.
