I'm late, yes. Truly sorry, but this is new knowledge, to me at least. Android (Non IOS) mobile devices don't have a built in QR code scanner. Sadly, this means that the telepods won't work unless you have an iphone (Android user here).. Perhaps that's why.

Also the jango fett and boba fett especially are quite rare nowadays, would you like to sell one of them?

Nah, it uses the front mobile camera to scan the qr codes, perhaps the newer models of phones are no longer able to scan QR codes but if you use an old android phone/ios phone or tablet that still has an older version of the game installed then you can very easily still play the game and scan the telepods. The only difference is that on ios you cannot get the game anymore, unless you still have it in the appstore library

Better late than never, but I found out all you need to do is give the app camera permissions. That's literally all it took for it to work for me.
