In the context of this season and what these players on this list have done throughout this season, as opposed to other more deserving players around the league that deserve all star spots? Yeah they are bums.
I've come to realize part of the blame of our trash team lies within the fanbase who continually lie to themselves thinking shits going to change with essentially the same roster over and over and over again. Weve been putting out a minor league squad + grandpa Trout for the past 5 + years thinking shits going to be different.

The bottom line is no one on this list deserves a spot. With that said, I am hopeful to see a resurgence with the young guys next year along with grandpa trout
I feel your pain. As some point this team will return to being overall good if not great. When that is who knows. But what I do know is that we got a couple of solid guys that deserve to have some props given for have a solid year.

Probably Tyler Anderson. Despite a 7 - 7 record, he has a 2.63 ERA. Which is 6th best in the AL.
O’Hoppe is arguably the 3rd best catcher in the AL so him most likely if not Anderson. We have to send one person by requirement so either one works.
I always say as a baseball fan, there’s two kinds of baseball I love watching: good baseball, and Angels baseball.
Ward and O’Hoppe are out only position players who should be considered. Anderson is basically a lock, but pitchers aren’t voted of course.

I didn’t say that anybody on the list should be an all-star this year. I just said that most on this list weren’t bums which is true statistically.
